Surf

 

 

  Catch a wave in or get a great workout by “kayak swimming” in the ocean… even small surf days with sloppy waves are ideal!  All you need is a shirt, sunblock and a good mood.  


 The Bellyak is a great way to get in shape, since paddling with a Bellyak uses the same muscles as surfing. Intuitive “swimming” motion strengthens the upper back, shoulders and arms and develops lateral core strength.  


 Because the Bellyak is easy to control it’s suitable for all ages. Since the boats are “lie on top” capsizing isn’t a big deal… just flip the boat back up and hop on!
